Howard, William Elmore, d. 1864.
William Elmore Howard from Concord, Vt., was mustered into the 17th Vermont Regiment, Co. G, April 12, 1864. He was taken prisoner July 30, 1864 and died at Danville, Va., December 4, 1864.
