LaFollette, Isabel Bacon.
During 1952, under the auspices of the Wisconsin Department of Vocational and Adult Education, LaFollette organized a pilot project for bringing together middle-aged women with employers in Madison. Known as the Woman's Service Exchange, the organization was absorbed by the state employment office in 1964.
