The Committee on Programs, Salaries and their Financing was appointed by Philadelphia Yearly Meeting in 1980 to discuss, investigate, and make recommendations concerning the purposes of Yearly Meeting, resources of Yearly Meeting, programs and services, personnel requirements, and projections. It was laid down in 1982, after having presented a report to 1981 Yearly Meeting and recommending the establishment of the Field Committee.
