Brother Arsène Brouard was a French Christian Brother and celebrated botanist who worked in Mexico, Louisiana, and New Mexico. He collected specimens of flora mostly in Saint Tammany Parish, La., between 1919 and 1922 while at St. Paul's College in Covington.
