Turcotte, Richard, 1914-2001
Resident of Lewiston, Me.; b. in Lewiston to Eugene Turcotte and Phillipine LaCroix; orphaned at age 11 in 1925 and placed in Pineland where he lived for ca. 25 years. After leaving, he lived in Lewiston and worked for ca. 25 years as janitor at Maine General Hospital and St. Mary's. Turcotte served in the Aircraft Warning Service during World War II.
