Hendricks, N. V.
Nathan Van Meter Hendricks (b. ca. 1866) came to Alaska via the Chilkoot Pass in 1892. He prospected, mined, established five Yukon River trading posts on behalf of the North American Transportation and Trading Company, carried mail by dogteam, herded reindeer, and ran riverboats on the Tanana River. He left Alaska in 1912.
