Joint Civic Committee on Elections (Chicago, Ill.)
The Joint Civic Committee on Elections (JCCE) was formed in 1939 by the Citizens' Association of Chicago (CAC) and six other better government groups. The Committee's objectives included preventing unlawful practices at the polls making voters aware of election processes.
