George Frederick Charles Searle
George Frederick Charles Searle (1864-1954) was a student at Peterhouse, Cambridge, 1884-1887. He became an Assistant Demonstrator in Experimental Physics at Cambridge University in 1888, and was a Demonstrator, 1890-1935. Searle was the author of Experimental optics and Experimental physics and was made FRS in 1905.
