Banker, attorney.
Active in the banking business, Beebe was the president of the Bank of Ipswich, the Bank of Kimball, and the Parker State Bank; the president of the South Dakota Bankers Association; a member of the American Bankers Association Executive Council, its State Bank Division, and its Economic Policy Commission; a member of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation; and served on the South Dakota Guaranty Fund Commission. Beebe also served as Edmunds County states attorney and county judge, and was elected state senator from Edmunds, corson, and Walworth counties in 1915.
