L'Equerre.
Belgian organization founded in 1928 by several students at the Academie des beaux-arts de Liege. The group had a special interest in the intersection of urban planning and social policy. Members were I. Falise, P. Fitschy, E. Klutz, J. Moutschen, E. Parent and A. Tibaux. In 1935 the group became the secretariat of the Belgian section of the Congres internationaux d'architecture moderne. From 1928 until 1931, the group published a Revue mensuelle d'architecture, also called L'Equerre. In 1931 the Groupe "L'Equerre" changed from a student group to a professional collective for architecture and urban planning and the magazine became autonomous.
