Marshall, Effie Lawrence, 1873-1970
Variant namesMarshall was a prominent author and leader of the women's suffrage movement in the early 20th century. She was the author of several novels based on the lives of famous women of the Bible. She became involved in the women's suffrage movement while attending college and presented a number of lectures throughout the country. Marshall died in Coral Gables, Florida.
