Smith, Martha Nicol.
Hugh Nicol played outfield for the Chicago White Stockings, the St. Louis Browns, the Cincinnati Red Stockings, and the Cincinnati Reds from 1881-1890. He managed the St. Louis Browns in 1897. He died in 1921.
