Rust, Elizabeth Hedge, active 1742-1757
Variant namesElizabeth Hedge, of Duxbury, Mass., was indentured as a servant to Thomas Andrews of Hingham, Mass., in 1742. The arrangement was for 14 years in which time young Elizabeth would be provided for and taught to read while she worked for the Andrews family. She was bound over by her mother, also called Elizabeth Hedge. In 1857 Elizabeth Hedge married William Rust.
