Flour and feed mill in New Milford Township (now Oradell), Bergen County, New Jersey, located on an island in the Hackensack River; property converted to a gristmill by Joseph Van Buskirk (b. 1807) and his brother during the 1830s; operated from 1855 or earlier as J. Van Buskirk and Sons; became a partnership of the two sons, Jacob (b. 1827) and Henry (b. 1829), on April 1, 1880; property sold in 1881 to the reorganized Hackensack Water Company, which dismantled the mill.

Oradell Land Improvement Company: incorporated 1887; engaged in residential development in eastern New Milford Township; dissolved 1897.
