Mullins, Harold,

Hal Mullins came to Fort Benning in the summer of 1942 from Fort Bragg for weapons training. At the time, he was a sergeant. Upon completion of this training, he returned to Fort Bragg. He also served at Fort Benning in 1948. Like many soldiers, he often spent time in the nightclubs of Phenix City.
