Correll, Donovan Stewart, 1908-
Variant namesDonovan S. Correll (1908-1983) conducted botanical field research throughout much of the world. Though he worked only briefly in Alaska, as a member of the Alaska Highway Botanical-Geological Survey Party in 1943, that experience instilled in him a life-long interest in the botany of northern regions and led him to collect manuscript and published materials on that topic.
