Knibloe family.
Oneida County, N.Y. family. Ebenezer Knibloe served as pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Amenia Union, N.Y. in the late eighteenth century. Anson Knibloe was the New York State Assembly representative from Oneida County, N.Y. in 1840. He also served in the state militia. In 1844 he married Sophia Wolcott, daughter of Samuel Wolcott, after the death of his first wife Harriet in 1842. Knibloe moved to Fulton, Oswego County, N.Y. in 1840's.
