Panoramic Studios
Variant namesPanoramic Studios was established in 1945 by Herman Abrams and his son Leonard. The firm constructed scale models of buildings and land development sites for various architects and city, state and government planning agencies. In 1947 the firm was hired by the city to construct a model of downtown Philadelphia for the Better Philadelphia Exhibition. The exhibition was sponsored by the Philadelphia City Planning Commission and was installed on the fifth floor of the Gimbels Department Store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
