Painter, printmaker.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Fisk studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy of Design. He studied with Robert Henri, and in Paris with Othon Friege and Pierre Laprade. He also studied in Italy and spent 1933-1934 studying and painting in England. In 1930 he married Lucy Young. He taught at the University of Kentucky from 1926-1944.
