Theodore Fulton Davidson (born 1845) was a lawyer and Democratic party leader of Asheville, N.C. and attorney general of North Carolina, 1885-1893. He was also a member of the North Carolina Senate and House of Representatives. Davidson was married first to Sallie Kate Alexander, who died July 1887, and later married Sarah Lindsay (Sallie) Carter.
