Allyn, Frank H., 1875-1957.
Frank H. Allyn was the first engineering graduate of the University of Wyoming, a draftsman in the U.S. Surveyor General's office in Cheyenne, an early homesteader of the Riverton Valley, and postmaster of Riverton, Wyoming, from 1907 to 1914. He retired from the Wyoming State Highway Department in 1949, having worked in its drafting office since 1920.
