Richardson, David C. (David Charles), 1914-

David Charles Richardson was born April 8, 1914, in Meridian, Miss. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1936, and advanced to the rank of vice admiral in 1968. He commanded Attack Carrier Striking Forces in Vietnam in 1966 and 1967.
