Carrell, Frank Marmon, b. 1868.
Frank Carrell was a paint manufacturer in Des Moines. From 1892 to 1893 he served as the private secretary to Governor Boies. From 1894 to 1898 he served as chief clerk of the U.S. Pension Agency in Des Moines.
