Belle Fourche Land Company.
Incorporated in 1976 under the laws of the state of Delaware (as a subsidiary of the Sunoco Energy Development Company), the company purposed to hold and develop oil and gas properties in Campbell County, Wyoming. Burlington Northern acquired the company from Sunoco in 1978, subsequently changing its name to Northern Rockies Pipe Line Company in 1979.
