Baxter, James W. (James Watson), 1927-

He was from Onslow, Nova Scotia, and attended the Theological Seminary in Pictou, Nova Scotia, before attending Dalhousie College from 1863-1864. He attended lectures delivered by James Ross at the Theological Seminary in Pictou, NS, and Dalhousie College in Halifax, N.S.
