Foreman, Milton J.
Variant namesMilton J. Foreman (b. Jan. 26, 1863, Chicago, Illinois-d. Oct. 16, 1935), Lieutenant General in the U.S. Army, began his military career by enlisting in the Illinois National Guard in 1895. He served in the Spanish-American War and with the American Expeditionary Force during World War I. This highly decorated officer retired in 1931. General Foreman was also a member of the Illinois Bar and served for 12 years as a member of the Chicago City Council.
