Frew, William N., 1854-1915.
William N. Frew was a prominent Pittsburgh lawyer and businessmanwho was a long time associate of Andrew Carnegie. Frew served as the first president of the board of trustees for the Carnegie Institute, Carnegie Library and Carnegie Institute of Technology among other cultural appointments.
