Cercle des Philadelphes
Variant namesThe Cercle des Philadelphes was a learned society in Cap-François, Saint-Dominique (now Haiti). Its members were planters, merchants, and physicians and included Benjamin Franklin, Benjamin Rush, and Moreau de Saint-Méry.
