Larkin, Felix E. (Felix Edward), 1909-
Variant namesFelix E. Larkin was born August 3, 1909 in New York City. In 1931 he received his A.B. from Fordham University, and his M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business in 1933. From 1939 to 1947 he was Law Secretary to Judge James Garrett Wallace of the Court of General Sessions in New York County, New York. He received his LL.B. in 1942 from St. John's University School of Law, and was admitted to the New York State Bar. In 1946 he became Vice President of the Naval General Court-Martial Sentence Review Board, and in 1947 became the Assistant Counsel to the Senate Special Committee to Investigate the National Defense Program. From 1947 to 1949 he served as Associate General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and from 1949 to 1951 was General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. From 1951 to 1986 he served as Vice President and President of W.R. Grace & Company, New York. He died in 1991 in Mamdroneck, New York.
