The American Inns of Court (AIC) are organizations intended to advance the skills, professionalism, ethics, and civility of the legal profession, specifically for judges, lawyers and law students. Membership requires active participation and encourages mentorship and pupilage teamwork to develop monthly programs. There are nine American Inns of Court in Indiana. The Indianapolis AIC was founded during the early 1990s.
