Leonard, Samuel Leeson

Professor of endocrinology, Division of Biological Sciences, Cornell University. Professor Leonard came to Cornell in 1941. His course in endocrinology was among the first of its type ever given at a university. He published widely in his special field which was concerned with endocrinology in relation to the physiology of reproduction. He retired in 1971, but continued to be professionally active.
