Duncan, Herman Cope.
Reverend Herman Cope Duncan, rector of the St. James Episcopal Church of Alexandria, La. from 1880-1917, established the St. James Parish School and authored THE DIOCESE OF LOUISIANA, SOME OF ITS HISTORY, 1838-1888.
