Topping, Gary, 1941-

Gary Topping graduated from Northwest Nazarene College (B.A.), Northern Arizona University (M.A.), and University of Utah (Ph.D). He worked as a preservation researcher and curator of manuscripts at the Utah State Historical Society. In 1991 he became an associate professor of history at the Salt Lake Community College. He has published numerous articles on the Glen Canyon/San Juan area of southern Utah and northern Arizona.
