David Bunting (1940-) and William Thomas Trulove (1943- ) are both professors at Eastern Washington University. When Bunting was a doctoral student and Trulove was an assistant professor they began researching the economic effects of the termination of the Klamath Indian Reservation. The duo wrote four papers concerning that subject during their collaboration.
