Noel (Wytheville, Va.)
Located in Wytheville, Virginia, Hotel Boyd was managed by Thomas Jefferson Boyd from 1859 to 1890. Boyd was the father of LSU presidents David F. Boyd and Thomas D. Boyd. Manuscripts notes on the photo's verso were written by Leroy Stafford Boyd, David F. Boyd's son.
