Blennerhassett, Harmon, 1765-1831.
Irish immigrant; settled on Blennerhassett Island in the Ohio River, 1798; involved with Aaron Burr and charged with treason, 1806, but not convicted; became a cotton planter in Mississippi and later a lawyer in Montreal, Canada, before returning to the British Isles.
