University of Texas at Austin. College of Communication
Variant namesOriginally established as the Department of Public Speaking in 1899, the College of Communication was renamed in 1979. Including the departments of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Radio-Television-Film, Advertising and Public Relations, Communication Studies, as well as the School of Journalism, the college also houses KUT-FM Radio.
