Wiberg, Ella Ann, 1921-
Wiberg (nee Rabe) (1921- ) born and raised in Hallock (Minnesota), joined the WAVES in 1944 and served in Farragut (Idaho). After discharge, she went to work with the Kittson County Welfare Board and other civil service jobs while completing her bachelor's and master's degrees.
