The UK Data Archive holds over 200 contemporary and historical datasets with coverage of England and Wales, the United Kingdom or Great Britain, that include Welsh data at the national or sub-national level. These include most of the UK Data Archive major studies series and approximately 50 datasets that cover Wales only. This record describes some of the large-scale contemporary datasets with Welsh coverage designed to obtain information on politcal behaviour and attitudes, the behaviour and decisions of young people as they leave compulsory education, health and well-being, and numbers of conceptions, livebirths, stillbirths, deaths and causes of death.
