Davis, Chester R., 1896-1966
Variant namesChester R. Davis (1896-1966) was the Director of the Trust Department of Chicago Title and Trust Company from 1938 to 1963, and was its Senior Vice President from 1947 to 1960. Davis was the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management from 1955 to 1957.
