Kaplan, Gabriel L., ca.1901-1968.
Gabriel L. Kaplan, an active New York City republican politician, graduated from Swarthmore College and the New York University Law School. He served as legal counsel to the Citizens Union and the League of Women Voters in the 1940's, and sought voter reform through support of such issues as permanent voter registration and proportional representation.
