McCallum, John, 1867-
Born at Ontario, Canada. Trained as a blacksmith, worked as farm laborer at the farm of Nelson Finney's father, 1891. Employed as blacksmith at the Kelso Farm near Hallock, Minn. in 1894. Set up blacksmith shop in 1895 with Joe Dillon in Northcote, Minn. McCallum moved to Humboldt, Minn. in 1904 and took over blacksmith shop. Retired 1942.
