Sir Percy Lyham Loraine (1880-1961), was the 12th Baronet of Kirk Harle, Northumberland, and a British diplomat. After joining the Diplomatic Service in 1904, Loraine was stationed in Istanbul, Turkey, for three years before transfer to Iran, Greece, Egypt, and other locations.
