Michigan Board of Dentistry
Variant namesAct 122, PA 1939 provided for, among other things, the regulation of the practice of dentistry, dental surgery and dental hygiene by the Michigan Board of Dentistry. The Board is responsible for the examination, licensing, registration and determination of penalties for violations of the act. Another provision of this act calls for the registration by the licensed dentist and dental hygienist with the county clerk of the county where they will practice.
