Therald N. "T.N." Jensen, was born in Manti, Utah, on November 20, 1908. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served on a mission in Great Britain before attending Snow College and the University of Utah, from which he received a law degree. Jensen also earned a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Chicago. He married Bonnie Stevens in Chicago in March 1937. Jensen practiced law in Utah for over 50 years, during which time he founded the Jensen Law Office and served as a commissioner of the Utah State Bar Association. He was also the director of Zions First National Bank in the 1980s and a partner of the Carbon Emery Insurance Agency, in addition to being a founder of the Carbon Water Conservancy District, the Rock Creek Cattle Company, and T.N. Company. Jensen died in Price, Utah, on October 15, 1992.
