New Mexico. Dept. of Finance and Administration.
The Department of Finance and Administration was established by a legislative act in 1957 (1957 Laws of N.M., Chp. 251, Sec. 1). The Department was preceded by several state government agencies that had financial and administrative functions. The Department of Finance and Administration is the central budget and financial regulatory agency in the New Mexico State Government.
