Woodrow Wilson (b. Thomas Woodrow Wilson, December 28, 1856, Staunton, Virginia-d.February 3, 1924, Washington, D.C.), was the twenty-eight President of the United States, 1913-1921; Governor of New Jersey, 1911-1913; and president of Princeton University, 1902-1910. Author, educator, and statesman. He served as the 28th President of the United States (1913-1921).
