Studer, Norman
Educator, folklorist.
Studer (1902-1978) was the founder and director of Camp Woodland, Phoenicia, N.Y., a children's summer camp specializing in Catskill folklore. He organized the annual Folk Festival of the Catskill Mountains, 1939-1962; and was director of the Downtown Community School in New York City.
