Lazaro, Ladislas, 1872-1927.
Ladislas Lazaro was born near Ville Platte, La., on June 5, 1872. He attended Holy Cross College in New Orleans, La., and graduated from Louisville Medical College in Louisville, Ky., in 1894. He was a practicing physician in Grand Prairie, La., until 1913, a Louisiana state senator for St. Landry Parish (1908-1912), and a U.S. Representative for the 7th Congressional District of Louisiana (1913-1927). He died in Washington, D.C., on March 30, 1927.
