Byrd, Bess.
Bess Byrd (1913-1997) was the daughter of Frank and Eleanor Millard of Valdez, Alaska. Before her marriage, she served as secretary for the 14th Alaska Legislature, 1939. After her marriage to Harold Byrd (1908-1994), the couple made their home in Fairbanks, Alaska.
